Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all U.S. orders over $35 ship free, automatically. For smaller orders, we offer flat-rate shipping for $4.95.

Q: When will my order ship?
All of our items are made to order just for you, meaning they're printed and packaged after you purchase. This process typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
Some items (like mugs and shirts) may ship separately if they come from different production partners. Don't worry — they're all on their way to you.
We’ll send tracking as soon as each item ships.
Q: Why are my items shipping separately?
Because we use a few different print partners to bring you the best quality across our products, you may receive multiple packages especially if you order a mix of items like apparel, drinkware, and paper goods.
This allows us to work with the right makers for each product while staying flexible and sustainable.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each piece is made to order, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, reach out, we’re happy to make it right.
Q: Why print-on-demand?
This shop runs on intention, and that includes how we make and ship. By using print-on-demand, we avoid excess waste, reduce storage needs, and focus on only creating what’s truly wanted. It’s slower, and we like it that way.
